The Service Coordinator we are we?re looking for will have had a number of years? experience in a similar role assisting customers with concerns and coordinating service technicians or service providers.
This position is a dynamic mixture of after sales customer care, service enquiries, appointment bookings, the coordination and management of trades and services, and administration duties.
A mature candidate who is competent with computers and has outstanding customer relationship skills will do well in this position. In addition someone who has the drive to build our service department and is assertively sales focused will excel and reap the rewards.
You will be based in our Bibra Lake office and receive well above industry remuneration. All systems and procedures are in place for an immediate start with full support and training available.
