I phoned the hotline and figured out we need to call the phone reservation team to change the passenger name and date. The cost will be $75 plus any fare difference of the new flight.
Just an example for illustration:
The fares of mid oct for the flight is around 215 (20kg luggage inclusive). So instead of ordering it directly from jetstar, the cost under this offer = 75 (change fee) + 50 + 215 - 175 (fare difference) = 165. You save $50 and I get back $50. Win-Win :)
