For CycleWear to perform efficiently, both in aerodynamics and moisture removal, it needs to be snug fitting, our size charts reflect this. If you prefer a looser fit Jersey or Jacket then by all means order a size or two above that recommended in our size-charts and adjust the length (W, R, P) as required.
Because our CycleWear patterns are cut to suit the riding position our CycleWear range may feel tighter across the chest when the wearer is in a standing position, this is normal especially with SkinSuits.
If you have an existing cycling jersey (not ?T? Shirt or Polo Shirt) from any manufacturer that fits well then it is possible to get the equivalent chest size by zipping it up, laying it flat and measuring across the chest, under the arms, then doubling it. Use this size as a chest size reference on our size-charts to get the equivalent SprintDesign® garment size.
e.g. If your existing garment measures 102cm (40?) around the chest, this is displayed in our size-charts as the upper chest limit of Unisex M and the lower chest limit of Unisex L, in this example we would suggest that you use the larger garment size.
