Need a Recreational Skipper's Ticket? My boat or yours. Fun, friendly and personal service. One on one if you choose, or small groups up to 5 people. Group discounts apply if you can get your friends together and all do it at the same time. I will not force you into a group if you would prefer to do it solo.
With over 25 years of boating experience and 3 years of training RSTs, I am well equipped to teach you the 'ropes'. I can spend more time with you and teach you skills not currently required by the Department of Transport i .e backing your boat trailer down the boat ramp, boat ramp etiquette, anchoring, and even join you on your first voyage up the Swan River, to Garden, Carnac or Rottnest Island.
I can also help you understand the theory component and have ways to help you remember the most important rules.
One you have passed a 30 question test, (24/30 correct), we take to the water to get some practical experience. I will assess you task by task (there are only 11) only after you feel competent.
Pricing varies on your experience. But the most popular course is $180 using my boat. I am available 7 days a week and can be flexible with the location. If you want a hassle free, but thorough session.....
