Massage Therapy room for rent ( part-time ) in BIBRA LAKE, Western Australia for sale

Are you a Massage Therapist and want to take your career to the next level or just dont want to have the business located in your home? If you want to get estabilished or simply want to give it a go before committing yourself to a lease sub-lease my room for part of the week.
The room is available Mondays, Thursdays, Sundays and every 2nd Saturday - other days can be negotiable, if half days are required.
Rate is $50 per day including outgoings, such as rates, water and electricity etc. The building has a fully installed security system, has disabled access and toilet, has a car park with approx. 11 car spaces and two waiting areas (inside and outside). Other therapists working in the center include a Naturopath (owner of the building, this is a sub-lease), Hydro therapist and a ayurvedic yoga massage therapist.
I am looking for a Massage Therapist or similar modalilties, as I am currently using the room for the same purpose. I have a sink, shelves, a towel warmer and a massage bed in place. The massage bed is portable so can be taken out, if not required.
I'm also happy to have arrangements with the right person (if used for massage therapy) to use my equipment, such as towels, oils etc for an additional fee.

Its a great central location to attract customers from surrounding suburbs.
