Great location 5 min drive or 15 min cycle to Fremantle and south beach.
The house is in a beautiful quiet location only a minute walk to bus stop and 10 min walk to nearest IGA.
Rent is $ 170 p/week paid fortnightly in advance (plus bills). The room is available on the 24 April.
We’re one female and male in our early thirties, fulltime professionals who have an active & health lifestyle and we also enjoy having good time with friends but also enjoy having some quiet time.
We are looking for like-minded people, someone who is tidy & neat, considerate and sociable housemate, Someone who enjoys coming home to a quiet house after work/study, likes to socialize but also knows how to respect other's personal space. Long term preferred.
