Room to rent in large, friendly house in Spearwood/Coogee in BIBRA LAKE, Western Australia for sale

Hi,
We are letting out a room in our house on a big block, just a 3 minute drive from Coogee beach and a ten minute drive to Freo. The house is large and attractive, its housemates small and ugly. Lovely green garden, trees and all that and a decent lawn.
We are looking for a female housemate or a couple, tidy, respectful, employed. We are two couples from UK, NSW and VIC, aged 30, 32, 33 and 53. Rona will be away for a couple of months so there will only be three other residents. The room costs $170 for an individual and $250 for a couple, bills included. Two weeks rent bond.
The room is a reasonably sized quiet bedroom with a double bed, at the rear of the house. Perfect for sleeping, but too cramped for tennis. Yours to do with as you please. The last guy bred Basilisks in there (although henceforth no breeding of mystical fauna is allowed).
We are easy going, although not slovenly. We don't have house meetings, chore charts or cleaning rosters. Neither do we have festering piles of crockery, rats, or dermatitis.
FIFO folk welcome.
Other things worthy of note are:
Piano in the house. Tuned. I play, and so will you! (You WILL play....)
Chickens and ducks as pets. Great eggs, tame as cats (wild, angry cats).
Fully furnished.
No WIFI sorry. BYO dongle.
Heaps of storage space and two workshops.
